Supporting Access to and Transfer of Private Healthcare Services Project 11 January 2022, 23:34

MUDEM, the European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid General Directorate (European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid) within the scope of the “Project to Support the Access to Private Health Services and the Transfer of Services”, in order to support the solution of the problems of the disabled, vulnerable and vulnerable groups living in Izmir and its surroundings, as well as asylum seekers, refugees and individuals seeking international protection. ECHO) and in partnership with Relief International opened Umutcan Sustainable Living Center.
With its expert disability support team, the Center identifies the special needs of disabled or vulnerable individuals through communication-based field studies and in-office services. Disabled support team specialists and field workers identify individuals with physical or mental disabilities together and deliver the necessary consultancy services to the beneficiaries. In the center, basic advice on disability, trainings, technical assistance evaluation, auxiliary equipment supply and follow-up, group or individual sessions with a disability specialist and psychologist are organized according to needs.
